HillValley and Homes is an independently owned real estate investing company.  Our main goal is to provide amazing customer service and creative home solutions to owners that need a little extra help with their own challenging situations. 

A little bit about the founder, Ana is all about family, Ana and her husband have been married for 31 years. She is a mother to six wonderful children and 7 wonderful grandchildren. 

Ana has accomplished her goal of starting up her business, she wants to help other people accomplish theirs by giving them an opportunity for a fresh start. 

Ana has joined a wonderful team of real estate investors right here in California. She is committed to helping our community and the people in it be successful.

We invest in real estate, but we are not realtors. We buy "fixer-uppers" and invest in them to create beautiful and affordable homes.
